2. Course Access and Completion
- Course access is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- You must complete all required slides and pass the final exam to receive CE credit
- Courses include timed content as required by state regulations
- You may retake final exams unlimited times until you pass
- Certificates are issued immediately upon successful course completion
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information, including your insurance license number
- Complete courses yourself and not share your account credentials
- Not attempt to bypass timed content or other course requirements
- Not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials
- Maintain the security of your account
4. CE Credit Reporting
Upon successful course completion, we will report your CE credits to the Missouri Department of Insurance within 10 business days. You are responsible for ensuring your license information is accurate. Incorrect license information may delay credit reporting.
5. Payment Terms
- All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes
- Payment is required at the time of enrollment

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, including attempting to circumvent course requirements or sharing account access.
