1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SureWealth Education's continuing education platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Course Access and Completion
- Course access during the free pilot is valid for 12 months from enrollment
- You must complete all required slides and pass the final exam to receive a completion certificate
- Courses include timed content as required by state regulations
- You may retake final exams unlimited times until you pass
- Certificates are issued immediately upon successful course completion and may be printed from your dashboard
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information, including your insurance license number
- Complete courses yourself and not share your account credentials
- Not attempt to bypass timed content or other course requirements
- Not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials
- Maintain the security of your account
4. CE Credit Reporting
During this free pilot, SureWealth Education does not automatically report CE credits to the Missouri Department of Insurance or any other regulator. Upon successful course completion you receive a printable certificate for your records. You are responsible for submitting CE proof according to your state's requirements. Automated state reporting may be offered in a future release.
5. Enrollment (Free Pilot)
- Enrollment and course access are free during the current pilot — no payment is collected
- There is no payment processor or credit-card checkout on this platform at this time
- If paid courses are introduced later, pricing and payment terms will be published before any charges apply

6. Intellectual Property
All course content, including text, graphics, and materials, is the property of SureWealth Education and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
SureWealth Education provides CE courses for educational purposes. We are not responsible for licensing decisions made by state regulators. During the free pilot, our liability related to platform use is limited to the extent permitted by law; no course purchase price applies.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, including attempting to circumvent course requirements or sharing account access.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
